Privacy statement

Qubico Consulting is the independent consultancy of Andrea Leandri. In this statement, “I” and “me” refer to Qubico Consulting. It explains which personal data I collect through this website, why I collect it, and what your rights are.

1. Who I am

Qubico Consulting, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 56511108, is the controller of the personal data described in this statement. You can reach me at andrea.leandri@qubicoconsulting.com or by phone on +31 6 51 53 93 20.

2. What data I collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, company (optional) and your message.
• Direct contact: the details you share when you email, call or message me on LinkedIn.

I do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please do not include it in your message.

3. Why I use it and on what legal basis

I use your data only to answer your question and, if you wish, to discuss a possible engagement. I do this on the basis of my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where your enquiry may lead to an agreement, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). I do not use your data for newsletters or marketing without your consent.

4. How long I keep it

I keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them, and no longer than two years after our last contact. If you become a client, I keep the data needed for my administration for the statutory retention period of seven years.

5. Who I share it with

I never sell your data. I only share it with the service providers that run this website and my email:

• Cloudflare hosts this website.
• Web3Forms delivers messages from the contact form to my inbox.
• Microsoft provides my email.

They process your data on my behalf under their data processing terms. Where a provider is based outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards apply, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

6. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics tools. The fonts are served from this website itself, so no data is sent to third parties such as Google when you visit. My hosting provider may briefly process technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver the website securely.

7. Security

I take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access. This website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. To use these rights, email andrea.leandri@qubicoconsulting.com. I will respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied with how I handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

I may update this statement from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page.
